Q1: Can I customize my care package?

Yes! You can choose from pre-curated sets or mix and match items for a personal touch. Can't combine Floral Deliver with gifts or care packages.

Q2: How long does delivery take?

All orders can be fulfilled upon order receipt; however, orders can also be scheduled out to six months ahead.

Q3: What is the shelf life of snacks in the packages?

All snacks are sourced fresh with expirations dates clearly marked.

Q4: Is gift wrapping available?

Yes! We have optional selection of gift-wraps available to choose from for selected items.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all lower 48 states and FPO/APO addresses.

Q6: Can I combine from the different collections to purchase and receive at the same time?

Flowers can be scheduled by individual days, but care packages and gifts are scheduled for either immediate shipping or by month. Care package and gift collections will be delivered together if schedule for the same month and order.  Flower Collections are not delivered with these because we go through local florist.

Q7: Can you deliver to on-base installations?

Items on the Gift and Care Package Collections can be delivered to military bases, including FPO/APO/DPO. We cannot guarantee our Floral Collection delivery on base installations, due to base access and rules. Contact us about this if needed.

Q8: Do you have flower delivery service?

Yes, we do flower delivery.

Q9: Do you only sell to Military Families?

No, we sell to everyone.
